17 年 8 月 8 日下午 4 点左右，我订购了 chipotle 鸡肉盘、黄油生菜沙拉和绿色怪物饮料。大约4点25分回家，我和我丈夫马上吃了饭。甚至在腹泻无法控制的可怕之后还不到 5 分钟。出汗和发冷，不太确定是否发烧。到目前为止，丈夫看起来还不错，但他实际上可以吃一周大的食物然后没事。孩子们看起来也不错。

I had Chic Fil A on June 10th, 2017. I had the Market Salad with Avocada Ranch dressing with a large Vanilla Milkshake. The next morning, I woke up & had a terrible stomach ache and had diarrhea. I felt nauseous and started throwing up as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
