During the afternoon, I ordered a McChicken and large fries. The fries I ended up sharing with a friend, who didn't feel sick that day so I knew it was most likely from the McChicken. Around 2-3 hours later, I felt very light headed and had bad stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain

I ate around 12:30pm. Symptoms started around 6pm. I have terrible cramps, diarrhea and have been vomitting. I contacted my coworker, who ate same meal as me. She is having exact same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate half of a frontega chicken panini and a cup of broccoli and cheddar soup with a baguette on the side. Within a 10-15 minutes, I had stomach cramps followed by explosive diarrhea.
