I ate a parmesan ceasar salad at about 12pm on November 5th. My symptoms started showing up at 4am on November 6th. At first it was pain and nausea. At roughly 6:15am is when the vomiting and diarrhea happened. I also have a very mild fever of 99.2°  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

Nausea constant for over 9 hours and diarrhea. Can’t eat or smell food without dry heaving. Ate small cheddar pepper yesterday. Only thing I’ve had beyond that is toast, water and ginger ale  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
