On Dec 24 my mother started feeling sick after eating a rice bolw with chicken black beans and corn for lunch very seriously going to the restroom all night she felt terrible very ill never seen her like that sick with vomiting and diarreah before I was very concern Chipotle  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Crab cheese wonton rolls and a build your own steak bowl with veggies including mushrooms asparagus and onions. Not sure which gave me food poisoning but symptoms started about 5-6 hours after eating! I feel horrible never eating there again  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 12 月 21 日下午 12 点 15 分左右，我和我的兄弟共进午餐。恶心从大约 3 点开始，直到下午 6 点腹泻开始时一直恶化。然后晚上 10 点左右我第一次呕吐。音量太疯狂了（我们最大的厨房碗 3/4）。上午 12 点 45 分又发生了这种情况。我仍然感到恶心和周而且头疼。
