我点了炒鸡肉和虾配意大利面。离开餐厅大约 20 分钟后开始感到不适。我的肚子肿了, 恶心不得不停下来，因为腹泻感觉很可怕并且发烧了.第二天早上还可以  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 腹胀

Ate at 1:30, got a bowl, started feeling noticeably sick for sure by 3:00. CHIPOTLE is all I ate all day so there is no other culprit. Threw every last bite up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

晚上 10 点，我订购了半个 chipotle 鸡肉鳄梨融化和鸡肉面条汤。晚上 10 点 30 分左右吃完饭后，我立即变得非常饱腹胀。这很不寻常，因为我总是订购同样的东西，但从来没有让我有这种感觉。一个小时后整夜都是胃痛和同样的事情。凌晨 4 点，腹泻开始并持续一整天，然后是虚弱、疲劳、头晕、发冷和发烧。终于去了 Er—temp 是 103.1 进行了测试，进行了血液培养等... 我被诊断出患有食物中毒。

I ate around 7:30 January 15, 2017. I had a chicken burrito with tomotao salsa and lettuce. I started experiencing symptoms around 1am i jus felt really sick after awhile, I just had to get up and once I reached the bathroom I just started throwing up. After it finally stopped I had bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
