Boyfriend and I had Popeyes for lunch. He had the 5 piece tenders and I had the 3. Both of us are now in bed, having had multiple rounds in the bathroom, curled up with our tummies in a knot. Never again. Hell hath no fury like a bad trip to Popeyes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

下午 6 点左右吃了一个鸡碗，里面装有白米饭，fajita 蔬菜，奶酪，酸奶油，鳄梨调味酱，薯条/玉米饼-晚上 11 点 30 分左右开始剧烈头痛，恶心/剧烈呕吐，使我睡不着了。第二天下午 6 点，仍然每小时都在呕吐，无法保持任何东西。如果早上不是更好的话去看医生。6 个月来第二次 Chipotle。没打动。

My daughter received the kids mac and cheese. Didn't eat any of it until we came home. She started eating the mac and cheese around 7:30pm, around 9:00pm she has diarrhea, and at 3:00am she started throwing up (4 times). We will visit the doctor if she gets sick again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
