Bought wings and ate on January 13, 2017 at 9 pm. Had abdominal cramps, diarrhea and fever of 100 at 10 am on January 14. Fever continued to rise to 102.5 by 2 pm. Tylenol didn't help. Used a cold clothe, napped and fever started to decline.… 更多

Ordered teriyaki chkn. The meat contained alot of fat on it. Was not your " expected sliced of white meat" . I should have left it alone then. Ate it, feed it to my 2 year old around 6 that evening.. Woke up about 3a.m. sick as… 更多

晚上 8 点去了 Chipotle 1/12/17。点香肠碗和白米 lettecue 中等莎莎酱。在 8:20 左右吃了之后我睡着了然后在午夜 12 点左右醒来，胃痛持续到凌晨 5 点 30 分。肚子疼得太厉害了我什至可以回去睡觉  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛
