Bought wings and ate on January 13, 2017 at 9 pm. Had abdominal cramps, diarrhea and fever of 100 at 10 am on January 14. Fever continued to rise to 102.5 by 2 pm. Tylenol didn't help. Used a cold clothe, napped and fever started to decline.… See more

Went to chipotle 1/12/17 at 8pm. Order the chorizo bowl with white rice lettecue medium salsa. Ate around 8:20 I fell asleep afterwards I then awoke around 12 midnight with stomach pains that continued into 5:30 am. Stomach hurt so bad I could even go back to sleep  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
