我于 1 月 23 日周三晚上在绍姆堡的 Chipotle 吃了一个带酸奶油和鳄梨酱的沙拉碗。我还订购了玛格丽塔。用餐结束时我腹痛不好，周五晚上最后进入医院。诊断：结肠炎。我以前从来没有过这个问题，希望我能再次在那里吃饭但怎么样？

1 月 19 日，我在伍德菲尔德购物中心的芝士蛋糕工厂吃了 Bistro Shrimp Pasta。食物是在下午 6 点左右带出来的。回家了，开始感觉恶心但是什么也没发生，所以我上床睡觉了。大约 3 点左右因胃痛醒来然后去洗手间，那时爆炸性腹泻就开始了。一旦完成，我就转过身开始呕吐。我试图回去睡觉，但这对我来说效果不佳。凌晨 5 点半左右醒来然后又开始呕吐了。剩下的时间我经常去洗手间。这起事件发生在将近两天前，我还在经历腹泻。
