Meat dishes on buffet 2/17/20 We had a nice lunch, and my wife has most of the same food. She is vegetarian, so she didn't have any meat. I had the lamb & tandoori chicken and have been very ill for 24 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My husband ordered Barbcoa bowl with rice, pinto beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and mild source for lunch on 2/16/2020. He started headaches from 6pm and felt chill with nauseas from 6:30pm. He vomited all what he ate and had to go to bed after that.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战
