I had shrimp bits and my son had double cheese burgers and had a few of my shrimp bites and had fever and upset stomach. My mom had chicken bits and fries and gramma bible chess burgers and tbey were both fine  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a chicken burrito at Chipolte in Evanston last Thursday 3-1-18 and the next day I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. It has not gone away. Only getting worse. Now vomiting. 4 days ongoing. Don’t eat there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had the twice baked pasta with meatballs added, 3 hours later I started vomiting and having diarrhea about once every hour for 7 hours. Diarrhea once every hour for 20 hours, and nausea still persisting with occasional diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
