I ate a regular roast beef sandwich on the night of March 17, 2018 and started having a severe stomach problem the next morning. It felt like my stomach was going to implode on and off from 9a.m. to 10p.m. I then went to the bathroom, where I had diarrhea for the next half hour.  | 症状: 腹泻

晚上 7 点左右我吃了装满的小扁豆汤（里面有 shwarma 鸡）和一些沙拉三明治。大约凌晨 1 点 2 点左右，胃开始感觉不舒服。凌晨 2 点至 3 点开始呕吐。晚上大部分时间都发冷和恶心
当我排空胃内容物后，症状停止了（1-2 小时内呕吐了 3 次）。第二天早上醒来基本上还不错。别再发冷了。胃敏感，但还没有恶心或呕吐。
