Ate Tuesday 5/17/16 for dinner a grilled chicken sandwich, fries and smores blizzard. Have had 6-7 bouts of diarrhea per day for over 72 hours. In so much pain and going to see urgent care in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我在 5 月 20 日上午 11 点 30 分吃了
我有一个普通大小的烤牛肉和 Arby 的酱汁，少量的卷曲薯条，4 块马苏里拉奶酪棒和一小块半切冰茶。

到 2:15-2:30，我开始感到恶心和致盲的头痛，到 3:45 我开始腹泻。我无法保持清醒并睡了 2 个小时然后醒来后会有更多的腹泻，仍然令人头疼。晚上 11:30 还有恶心、头痛、疲劳和腹泻

Got the salad with the vegetarian meat option for lunch. The diarrhea came early and has persisted with nausea and vomiting starting around 8pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3:30 左右有火腿和烤滑块，还有卷曲的薯条和摩卡奶昔...我记得两个不同的火腿三明治看起来不一样。从晚上 8 点/9 点左右开始出现腹泻，整夜都有汽油。  | 症状: 腹泻, 煤气
