Are Wendys Apple pecan chicken salad. The last bite had a faint taste of dead fish. Later ended up with nausea and diarrhea. I remember 2 years ago eating a Wendys chicken salad and getting severe vomiting and diarrhea. Never again. I learned my lesson this time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
