我在 10 月 11 日美国东部时间下午 4 点 15 分左右的午休时间里吃了饭，一个半小时后上班我去过洗手间 3 次，所有时间都是腹泻。我目前出现头晕、恶心和明显的腹泻。我发现在胆囊手术后，汉堡王要么想在进来后很快腾出我的身体，要么每次都让我生病。除了今天早上拉面之外，这是我今天唯一吃过的东西，拉面从来没有让我生病过。

我和两个成年子女于 2017 年 9 月 16 日星期六在爱达华州得梅因 50309 地点用餐。我吃了鸡肉沙拉，我的儿子有两个鱼炸玉米饼，我的女儿吃了鸡肉辣酱玉米饼馅和 tex-Mex 大米和土豆。我们每个人都喝了一杯加冰。我们大约在下午 3 点 30 分和当天晚上 7 点 30 分至 8 点之前进食，我们三个人都呕吐了，腹泻严重抽筋，头痛也很严重。这种情况一直持续到第二天晚上。猛烈的头痛和有雾的头又持续了整整一天。因此，从周六晚上到周一晚上，我们都感受到了我们认为是食物中毒的影响。

2017 年 9 月 3 日晚上 9 点左右去了东欧几里得的 Hardee "s，并购买了一个夏威夷鸡肉汉堡。我吃完后不久就上床睡觉了。当我在 9 月 4 日醒来时，我感到虚弱和摇摇欲坠。中午时分我有严重的腹泻，大约 3 点左右我开始呕吐。现在是 3:40，我还是感觉很不舒服。这导致我今天不得不在工作中打电话请病假，然后放出全日工资和由此产生的假日工资。
