I have been eating the Soutwest Salad with grilled chicken for several weeks now. Usually having 3-4 of the salads weekly.

吃了鸡翅、小烤山羊沙拉和 Diet Pepsi。之后感觉很恶心。晚上 7 点左右出现发烧、身体疼痛和发冷。随着高烧，整个晚上出现更多的恶心和腹泻，然后是第二天呕吐。第三天发烧、呕吐和腹泻继续恶化，所以我寻求医疗帮助并得到了抗生素。
