我从那里得到了一个和谐碗，女人们在把面条放进去之前把东西放进碗里。她做得太快了我无法完全理解她所做的事情。起初我没想太多，因为她做得太快了，我只是在快速运动中抓住了它。我认为那是制作这个碗的一部分，因为我以前从来没有一个。她把其他蔬菜放在点头上面。我要的几乎所有的蔬菜都没有肉，上面还有一个鸡蛋。我开始吃的时候真是太好了。我以为我吃的时候会把它的照片发给我姐姐。我回到家之前一直很好，然后我开始呕吐以及腹泻、胃痛和头痛。我现在感觉太糟糕了。我希望有人能抓住这些人和他们的做法。

I ate on 09/23/2018 around 6pm. I had a carnitas burrito bowl with extra meat. About 1 hour later I started having abdominal pain. 4 hours after eating it my 11 month old son began vomiting. Shortly after I began vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
