7 月 21 日星期六晚上 8 点左右，我订购了三重芝士汉堡和薯条。吃汉堡的时候我头疼。我什么也没想到，因为那天真的很热。我非常头痛地回家了，我不得不睡觉。一个小时后，我醒来时头痛更加严重，开始呕吐至少 5 次，到最后一次呕吐时，我在呕吐的同时还在喝黑水。第二天，diaherra 至少十次，现在是七天后了，我还是每天要去洗手间十次，全是水。

7 月 12 日下午 1 点左右吃了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、鸡肉、温和热的莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪以及薯条和鳄梨调味酱。同一天下午 2 点 30 分至 3 点左右，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛和腹泻，这种情况也发展为发冷。截至 7 月 14 日 @ 6:30 我仍然有同样的症状。

Ate lunch at 12:30pm, was violently ill by 1am. Went to sleep with a stomach ache, didn’t eat much for dinner since I had already began to feel sick. Had a salad and shared fries with friend - friend also got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I’m pretty sure it was the chicken with noodles salad that made me sick, because neither of my kids had it and they didn’t get sick. I got sick in the middle of the night after getting off the plane around 8:30PM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

The only thing I ate all day was a bowl from Dig Inn - chicken, kale, sweet potatoes, broccoli. It tasted delicious until I was violently ill three hours later and for several hours afterward. I don’t care how hip this place is. Don’t go!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
