Sunday at 1pm had chicken line ranch salad from Panera Bread Last night I started feeling nauseous, this morning violent diarrhea and horrible pain. Can’t eat. Liquids only. I have an iron system and this is awful.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Ate lettuce from salad bar Jan. 21 or 22nd, 2019. Symptoms started Wed, Jan 23rd and got worse for approximately 2 days. Was bed ridden for 3 - 4 days. Severe diarrhea, vomiting, and weakness. Unsure about fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

昨晚订购了玉米片薯条和牛排炸玉米饼。2 小时后开始感到恶心，然后我晚上呕吐，腹泻不好至今仍在发生。胃痉挛太可怕了，我的疼痛耐受性很高。一夜之间开始短暂地发低烧。今天我的身体感觉非常虚弱，每次都在努力喝太多，但是已经脱水了。

我妈妈和我都吃了一块牛排和额外的普罗卧洛酮长的香草和奶酪面包。我得到了没有蔬菜的大蒜面包，而她却不吃大蒜并选择了蔬菜。一切都很棒，但是吃完后不久我们就开始感到恶心了。我们俩都有腹泻，感觉严重脱水，喝了点东西，腹泻更多，头晕（对她来说更是如此）和全身恶心（我一直在嘴里呕吐）。
