BBQ Rotisserie Chicken, purchased Saturday am. It was ordered via InstaCart, and my shopper had to wait for it to be finished cooking. Maybe they rushed it? We got sick as can be. My poor 3year old got it the worst.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我订购了两个辛辣的纳乔美元玉米饼、一个巴哈爆炸物和一个豆卷饼。第二天早上 3 点左右，我醒来时出汗水浸在可怕的寒战中，最终导致了可怕的腹泻。sh**t 从我的 as** 中直接倒出 4 天，每天至少 17 次。太糟糕了我昨晚因为脱水和恶心而在麻雀医院住院。医生和护士都同意这是食物中毒

4/22/2019 1:00pm I had a wet burrito with lettuce tomatoes and sour cream with sauce on the side. After I left around 2:30 had watery diarrhea, I went to restroom every 5 to ten minutes all water. Got home around 3:30 have not stopped throwing up and diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

星期三下午 1 点至 2 点在那里吃过，沙拉准备好的时候味道不好，但我还是吃了。第二天早上开始恶心和腹泻，去看医生，看起来我得了胃流感（病毒性胃肠炎）。接下来的几天病情很糟糕，有腹泻、腹痛、恶心。需要几天才能恢复并影响了我的工作。
