我从早餐时喝一瓶水开始新的一天，因为那是最快的东西。我去学校吃午饭吃了一杯 v8 饮料和一小袋切达干酪芯片。放学结束后，我和朋友一起去了麦当劳，点了一个中等油炸物和一个肉桂。回到家后的几个小时我感觉还不错，直到我开始感到恶心，双腿发抖和虚弱。我什么都不能吃或喝，因为我感到恶心。当我睡觉的时候，我整晚都因胃痉挛而扔了转身，直到凌晨 3 点我呕吐才跑到洗手间。不久之后，情况就相同了。在此之后，我感觉好一点，但不是很多，我无法入睡。早上六点左右，我又吐了起来，不得不放学回家。我在麦当劳之前吃过的东西不可能给我带来食物中毒，因为它们是由学校包装和分发的，没有其他人有我的症状，水不可能做到这一点。我点了一个肉桂和一个中等大小的油炸物。我的朋友和我分享了我的薯条，没有任何问题，所以我假设是肉桂。我一直非常痛苦，由于我呕吐了多少次，没有垃圾桶陪伴我就无法在家里的任何地方走动。如果没有它回来，我无法保持任何东西，我已经脱水了，但是我的系统不允许我在里面保留任何东西。我没发烧我觉得这是食物中毒

我在下午 3 点 45 分至 4 点 15 分左右的某个地方吃了 12 英寸 9 粒的金枪鱼豪华版，里面有辣椒干酪、生菜、菠菜、黄瓜、泡菜、墨西哥胡椒、青椒、棕芥末酱。几个小时后，晚上 11 点 30 分，我开始传递非常恶臭的气体，然后是晚上 11:46 的腹泻。晚上 11:57，疼痛开始在下腹部区域形成，一直延伸到我的胃中部，然后是恶心和发冷，并持续整夜。
