和蛋黄酱一起吃了一英尺长的火鸡潜艇，不久之后就感到不舒服。当天晚些时候感觉很不舒服，接下来的 3 点之后会感觉很不舒服。腹泻、恶心、发烧、呕吐、热汗/冷汗、疲劳、可怕的偏头痛。去看了只是诊断出食物中毒的医生（很高兴我去了？！）。会发现很难再回到 Subway。

Had a burrito bowl with steak and chicken, then went to a play. Halfway through I started to get severe abdominal cramps and just barely made it home in time to enjoy diarrhea all evening. Thanks Chipotle!  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate there at around 11:30 am yesterday, May 9, 2016. I ordered the crunchwrap with soft shell taco. Symptoms started within 2 hours of eating with nausea and diarrhea. It was the only thing I ate yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
