除了肉类之外，2 名成年人患有腹泻和脱水，有些恶心。昨晚用 Beyond Meat 制作辣椒，在 5 小时之前用煎锅煮熟。今天早上两个人都生病了。周六购买了该产品。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 脱水

I ate at chipotle last night (burrito bowl with barbacoa, sour cream, beans, cheese, corn and salsa) and my symptoms began roughly 8 hours later. I ate nothing else in between. I have been sick all day (vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and a fever)., I ate there by myself  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
