用希腊沙拉吃了帕玛森结皮鸡肉，然后将玉米片配有鳄梨/菠菜和朝鲜蓟作为开胃菜浸泡。我丈夫和我两个人都非常恶心，在 2 小时内进食后进出浴室。这只鸡被认为是罪魁祸首，因为它很艰难，在我们吃它时似乎 “关闭”。

下午 1 点 30 分左右我吃了一个牛肉胸肉碗。我的两个朋友除了拉猪肉和牛排之外，我的两个朋友吃了类似食材的碗。因此，我认为一定是牛肉胸肉受到污染。吃完两小时后，我开始感到不适和轻微的头晕。我吃完饭三个小时后，我经历了弹丸在没有警告的情况下呕吐。在第一次呕吐之后，我被局限在浴室里，在那里我经历了一生中最不愉快的感觉。我感觉好像在任何时候都会带着可怕的头晕和恶心。我会每隔几分钟呕吐一次（此时我胃里没有什么东西只有酸）。我呕吐得如此强烈，到这场噩梦结束时，我的食道受损，导致一些血液被混入呕吐物中。牛肉胸肉碗是我当天消费的唯一食物。

Went there, got the chicken nugget meal regular with a coke. The coke and nuggets both tasted off and immediately felt my stomach hurt. 1.5hrs after eating I was violently throwing up and have spent the entire night running to the bathroom!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
