Good Foods 蔓越莓杏仁鸡肉沙拉-在 3 月 13 日晚上 7 点吃了一份这种鸡肉沙拉，然后在晚上 8 点之前开始出现极度胃痉挛。从那时起直到凌晨 4 点我终于能够呕吐并且疼痛有所缓解，然后从凌晨 5 点到第二天早上 8 点出现腹泻。脱水引起了轻微的头痛。

I had diner here on Tuesday evening on March 5th. All of us got sick. I had barbeque chicken and my two sides were mash potato with gravy and coleslaw. also we all had fried cheese and hushpuppies before the meal.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had dinner at the Pit on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, with 3 other guests who all experienced the same symptoms. Symptoms began the following day. I ordered smoked Turkey, yams and fried okra, plus free appetizers of hush puppies and biscuits. Thank you.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Went to eat on Thursday February 21 around 3 p.m. by 9p.m. I had diarrhea and then I began to vomit. I couldn't keep anything down not even water. I eat chicken, greens, vegetables, rolls and sweet potatoes. The food temperature didn't seem hot enough so I questioned it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
