昨天我吃了牛肉和切达干酪配小卷饼，吃完这顿饭后我几乎立即生病了。又热、恶心又不舒服。大约一小时后开始呕吐。整晚都发低烧和发冷。第二天一直头痛和胃部不适，不得不取消工作。直到下午还是感觉不舒服。

我吃了两口培根鸡蛋和一口 Chai 迟到了 Vanilla 和杏仁奶，以前从来没有遇到过问题，但是今天喝完一半之后。我心跳加快、头痛、荨麻疹，喉咙感觉紧绷。我以前从未经历过这种情况。拿了 benadryl 然后正在休息。荨麻疹好多了，但我还是感觉不舒服。

Got a chorizo sandwich and peppermint mocha. About ten minutes after eating the sandwich I felt a sharp pain in my stomach, sweating, light headed. I threw up and then had diarrhea off and on for the next two hours. Don't know what was in that sandwich but I'm never eating one again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
