I ate an Arch City burger around 8 PM Friday, and immediately my stomach didn't feel great. But then around 5 am Saturday morning I woke from a dead sleep with extreme nausea and diarrhea. Spent the next several hours in the bathroom. Awful experience.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 2018 年 8 月 11 日星期六订购了鸡肉卷饼、糙米、黑豆、热莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。由于墨西哥卷饼的味道很奇怪，仅吃了一半的墨西哥卷饼后仅几个小时。我开始这些令人难以忍受的胃痉挛和呕吐，现在是 13 日星期一，我还生病了，不得不取消工作。我觉得自己像个傻瓜，因为我什至给他们留下了快速服务的小费。现在我知道他们为什么不忙了。再也不要在 Chipotle 吃东西了。

我在 8 月 9 日星期四晚上 7:30 至 8:30 之间订购并食用了康尼狗、土豆和啤酒奶酪。到周五凌晨 5 点，我因胃痛和恶心而醒来。到早上 7 点，我第一次猛烈呕吐，其中包括我在红砖店吃过的所有食物，完全没有消化过。我一直在呕吐，直到上午 11 点 30 分左右，当时我已经精疲力尽以至于晕倒了，割开了我的头部，严重伤害了身体的几个部位。腹泻一直持续到星期六，那时我能够减少少量的液体和咸味饼干。
