I' ve been up all night with naseau,diarrhea and now vomiting this morning. I had a bowl- chicken, rice, beans,fajita mix ,pico, cheese, corn, sour cream and lettuce. Chipotle was the only food I consumed yesterday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
