12-20-18, Ordered a plate meal, teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli with white rice for lunch, 3 hours later chills, fever, then diarrhea then vomited it all up. I believe the chicken was not cooked thoroughly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I' ve been up all night with naseau,diarrhea and now vomiting this morning. I had a bowl- chicken, rice, beans,fajita mix ,pico, cheese, corn, sour cream and lettuce. Chipotle was the only food I consumed yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Pregnant momma picking up drive through on Saturday evening around 8:00 p.m. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Order was wrong and had to go back in for correct food. I ate a 7 layer burrito and 1/2 a bean burrito. Within 30 minutes I was feeling nauseated. Then violent vomiting and diarrhea pursued.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
