It was just me. I ordered a chalupa meal that has 1 beef taco and 2 beef chalupa. They all had lettuce on them. I ate at 7pm. Upset stomach and nausea started at around 12:30 am. Vomiting started at 4:30 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

生意很棒，但我有点偏见-所以请不要接受/收听我的商务星级评级。

我吃的是非常规的饮食，但是在 18 年 11 月 27 日，我在中午左右订购了带蓝纹奶酪的 #9 和巧克力薄荷饼干。我的饮食中唯一不同的东西。晚上 9 点左右我开始出现严重的胃痛，从晚上 9:30-10:15 开始，我反复干呕吐和呕吐。我有可怕的排便，我发烧了 99.6，我几乎无法动弹，我非常头晕，疲劳，发冷-所有食物中毒的症状。我通过电子邮件向餐厅发送了这些信息。

I had a fish sandwich at approximately 2:00 pm on Wednesday November 21, 2018. By 6 pm I was throwing up, diarrhea, fever. It’s Friday night and I’m still sick. Can’t keep food or fluids down still have fever, nausea and diarrhea. I didn’t feel right as soon as I ate it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
