我今天下午 3 点左右吃了椒盐脆饼皮奶酪锅披萨，这就是那天我吃的全部。我在凌晨 12 点左右开始腹痛和头痛，然后在凌晨 3 点 30 分左右开始呕吐，然后继续呕吐直到凌晨 5 点。我也有学校太好了  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

I had both a peppermint mocha frappe and a sausage cheddar and egg muffin. The sandwich didn't taste right. I got about 4 bites in and threw it away. Not even a half hour later and I started getting nauseous and vomiting and afterwards had the shakes and a fever  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the chicken burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacomole. Symptoms began about 2 hours after eating. This happened on Tuesday Oct 16th and lasted about 2 days though the 18th still experiencing some mild symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在午休时间和朋友一起去了橄榄园，拿了汤和沙拉。我点了鸡肉汤。12 小时后，我感觉好像在死亡门上，呕吐，腹泻，恶心，头晕，发烧... 我不得不去医院，因为我变得严重脱水。我打电话告诉店长，他给我发了一张礼品卡... 真的吗？？？我再也不会在那里吃东西了！！！说他们没有同情心就是轻描淡写。

On Wed April 26, I ate the spicy southwest chicken salad and then proceeded to vomit and have non stop diherria. This is actually the second time this has happened to me with the same salad. Finally learned my lesson  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
