昨晚吃过鸡肉卷饼今天病了同时订购的其他人有卷饼碗，但没有人吃鸡，也没问题。（尽管他们都抱怨米饭没有完全煮熟，食品准备不善）。腹泻、恶心和发冷  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 寒战

我们于 2020 年 10 月 12 日从那里购买了 Frigo 切碎帕玛森奶酪。容器的顶部没问题，然后一天晚上我使用它的时候底部给我食物中毒，妻子在两天后使用食物中毒。我们能够根据我们一起和分别吃的东西将它隔离出来。它总是冷藏的，只是在我们开始生病的前几天才开放。

On May 5th I got a steak bowl, taco shells, and chips and queso. Ever since I ate all of this , I have had diarrhea for the past 3 days and now I keep vomiting! Upon vomiting I noticed there was rice in my vomit and I haven’t had rice since eating on the 5th!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
