2018 年 7 月 21 日（星期六），我订购了中等大蒜巴马干酪白酱披萨，配意大利香肠和菠菜。我在下午 4 点 45 分左右收到了。我吃了 5 片这个披萨。大约 20-30 分钟后，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛并呕吐了我吃的所有东西。我一直在经历：呕吐、腹泻、冷汗、发冷、恶心、胃痉挛、疲劳和感觉极度虚弱。我现在已经在第二天了，但我仍然感觉不对。现在是星期天，我想等到星期一去看医生。

我 6 岁的孩子在下午 4 点 30 分左右吃了芝士汉堡和薯条，她开始抱怨胃痛和腹泻。在因腹泻去洗手间 3-4 次之后，她开始抱怨疼痛恶化。晚上 8 点，她开始呕吐，其中包括麦当劳的饭菜。现在是晚上 11 点 45 分，她又吐了一遍。

Saturday evening, October 22, 2016. I was the only one in a party of eight to eat the greenbeans w/blue cheese. I only ate two bites as they weren't good. Everyone else ate other items and no one else got sick things. Three hours later I was extremely ill.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

stopped in at 11pm for a burger and shake.
3 days later at Doctors with severe cramps. after getting blood and urine tests, found bacteria. been on antibiotics almost a week now, still not 60% tests came back for e-coil.
