Chipotle chicken burrito, Only I got sick because I got the chicken, 8 hours after, I got up because I was dehydrated and I thought that was it, and then I got stomach cramps and diarrhoea and then I vomited  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋

combination dc sandwich, I ate a combination sandwich at 1230pm and had diarrhea around 2;30pm and again at 5:30pm. Girlfriend also ate the same sandwich and is experiencing the same symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Had a pork tenderloin there ordered it medium well and had a side broccolini and mash potatoes and corn or whatever was with it. Had dinner tonight around 6 pm and a couple hours later had diarrhea that would not stop dont know if it was food poisoning but thats the worst Ive felt in a while.(  | 症状: 腹泻

Food consumed: kids quesadilla meal (white rice, chicken, black beans, tortilla, sour cream, chocolate milk)
Consumed around 6:45pm (delivered home via doordash)

Symptoms: stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhea (once)
Symptoms started 4am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
