我用水果杯吃了带玉米、玉米饼条、鳄梨和鸡肉的新沙拉。这是在下午 2 点左右吃午饭。我在凌晨 1 点睡觉时注意到自己的症状。我一直在努力把它睡下来。凌晨 4 点左右我不得不赶到洗手间。腹泻已经开始了。在那之后不到 5 分钟我就开始呕吐。整天都是同一个周期。虚弱、食欲不振、腹泻、呕吐和头痛。

Roasted Chicken - within a couple of hours I was extremely naseous and began puking shortly thereafter. Would get extremely light headed and sweaty and couldn’t keep any fluids down. Lasted on and off all night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
