我有意大利的 BMT 潜艇，几个小时后，我的胃开始像抽筋一样疼，我觉得我需要吐出来。从凌晨 3 点左右开始，我的肚子一直在抽筋，我因腹泻去洗手间，有很多气体。我吃了一些饼干试图抚慰 cramos，但没有任何效果。
