I ate a 4 for $4 spicy chicken wrap, chicken nugget, small fry and a Coke Zero around 4pm Sunday April 7th 2019. About an hour later, I had diarrhea that prevented me from continuing my work. I had to leave early, my stomach was hurting me so badly!  | 症状: 腹泻

Wendy’s chili beans, I was the only one in my family who ate the chili beans at Wendy’s. About 4 to 5 hours later I started vomiting over and over again and had severe stomach cramps. No one else in my family ate the chili and no one else got sick.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

今晚我从熟食店拿起火，吃了三文鱼、西葫芦、南瓜、胡萝卜、辣椒和烤莳萝土豆。到 6:30，我已经完成了几乎所有的工作。随着最后一口鱼，我突然感到恶心缠绕，持续了片刻。把它刷掉就像吃得太多一样，我晚上去了。在接下来的 5 个小时内，我开始在马铃薯上打一下味道像草药混合物的味道，然后经常通过汽油。再过一个小时左右，我的胃抽筋了一些，然后我不得不紧急使我的肠子抽空（不是腹泻，那时必须去）。从晚上 9 点左右开始，我的胃受伤了，恶心一直在增加，我感到又热又出汗，我甚至梦想着呕吐，尽管我现在觉得自己实际上不会这样做。疲倦但无法入睡是一种悲惨的感觉。
