Ate teriyaki bowl around 6:00pm. Started vomiting 3 minutes after I was finished and could not stop. Went to Emergency room at Valley Medical where I was treated and had tests to rule out other possibilities and was diagnosed as food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Got an order or Cooked Salmon with Bagged Salad as a side around noon today. Within 45 mins I had nausea and within another hour I was vomiting and had diarrhea simultaneously. Was not a pleasant experience.....  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我丈夫昨天在切尼体育场参加了一场集体活动。我们俩都觉得每个人都会在自助餐区吃一只热狗之后。严重的恶心、胃痛和后来的腹泻。今天我们俩仍然感到臃肿，疲倦并且有胃部问题。现在我的腿上有一个红色的大痒点，不知道它是否有关系。

Ate their shrimp/chicken breast grill combo on Saturday. Felt so nauseated the next day, didn't get up my bed till 7 pm Sunday.
Then proceed to have diarrhea until I am 2 kg lighter and constant use of toilet paper starting to hurts my ass.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

We went here for lunch on 6/11/2017. My husband and I didn't eat breakfast and just went here for lunch. I ate 3 plates of those oysters and 1 plate with rice and seep fried crab sticks sushi.... 35 min later I started puking at home non stop  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

6 月 7 日上午 11 点左右，我吃了一个 mcdouble，一个中等鱼苗和一个焦糖星冰乐。我吃薯条和饮料都很好，但是当我回到家时我开始吃汉堡。之后，我很快就开始感到非常恶心，胃痛很严重。喝完水大约半小时后，我开始呕吐，一直持续到下午 5 点去急症。我在中午到 5 点之间大概呕吐了 18 次，但是在医院里我只是非常恶心，像以前几个小时一样发抖和出汗，真的很苍白。通过静脉注射，那里的护士给了我两个生理盐水袋和 4 毫克的 zofran 注射液以治疗恶心。三个小时后，经过血液和尿液分析，在医生告诉我我的白细胞升高表明有感染之后，我得以回家。我现在有点头晕和恶心，但比昨天好得多。我是唯一一个生病的人，医生同意我的看法，很明显是那个汉堡让我生病了。
