早上 7:30 吃了格鲁耶尔和培根真空低温烹调的鸡蛋吃过早餐，再加上一杯热卡布奇诺咖啡。到了上午 10 点 30 分，我有了第一轮胃痉挛和腹泻。我今天又生了三次腹泻，现在是下午 5 点 30 分。

另一方面，在这个地方，冰水的味道总是很奇怪。毋庸置疑，今天的经历之后我不会再回来了。
