下午 1 点左右，我有一个 Barbacoa 墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、fajita 蔬菜、莎莎酱、玉米、酸奶油、奶酪丝和生菜。晚上 11 点左右开始有气体，然后在晚上 11 点左右开始痛苦。然后因恶心醒来，这立刻变成了呕吐。太害怕了，因为这从来没有发生在我身上。
