I ate 2 crunchy tacos with Barbacoa, mild and medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, side of white rice, and a coke. I ate it in the restaurant I did not take it home. I am so disappointed. Chipotle was my favorite restaurant. Never again will I eat there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

吃巴巴科瓦碗与糙米黑豆红莎莎奶酪生菜在中午 1/6/18.在同一天晚上 8 点，我有痛苦的消化不良下腹部持续整夜（睡眠不足）。在早上的下腹痛更糟糕，大约 2-3，消化不良疼痛波，约 4 级每 15 至 30 分钟。随着一天的继续，我没有食欲，通过小凳子每 30 到 40 分钟。喝水和茶，这是在 10 到 15 分钟内排尿。感到疲惫和沉重，慢慢消退下腹痛一整天。无法上班，需要留在厕所附近。26 小时后，我输入这个，我仍然有较低的腹部不适和疲软的感觉，但似乎慢慢好一点。拿了一个百事交流，我们会看看这是否有任何影响。
