我将在午夜大约 20 分钟后报告此事。我在下午 6 点 30 分左右吃了。我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有牛排，白米饭，黑豆，Pico de galo，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱。吃饭后 5 到 10 分钟，我开始遇到非常糟糕的气体。当我和我的女朋友开车回家时，我正在尽我最大的努力不要弄脏自己。我几乎没上厕所，在那里我遇到了最痛苦，最糟糕的腹泻，伴随着寒战和汗水。我在马桶上坐了将近一个小时，虽然它实际上是逐渐从我身上倒出来的。再也不会了。
