Steak burrito with brown rice, black beans, queso and shredded cheese. Started sickness next morning at 5 a.m. and lasted throughout the day. Receipt shows guacamole but no quacamole was on it, it was queso.  | 症状: 呕吐

June 2 2018, I order the bowl (white rice, black beans, cheese, and guacamole). By the next morning June 3 2018, I woke up with really bad stomach ache and diarrhea. I also started feeling nauseous shortly after eating the food which resulted in me not even consuming half of it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

June 1st I ordered 2 burrito bowls for my daughter and I.
We both had the chicken, corn salsa, lettuce, black beans, sour cream and cheese as toppings. We both started feeling ill around 8 hours later.

I had a burrito bowl around 5pm. Sofritas, fajitas, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guac, tomato salsa and red salsa, brown rice and black beans. I woke up around 11:30 with horrible stomach cramping. 我订购了一个装有半米饭、黑豆、鸡肉、莎莎酱、红酱、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜的碗。这就是我当天吃的全部。吃完之后我开始感到非常糟糕的抽筋和恶心。这是我第二次因 chipotle 获得食物中毒，也是我第一次去医院怀孕。还有一次我订购了两个墨西哥卷饼，他们给了我 SPOLIED 和 SMELLY 酸奶油，即使在我回家的同一时间打电话给他们把它带回来之后，他们也没有报销。我从晚上 10 点 45 分开始就去洗手间，现在是凌晨 12 点 01 分，我的胃痛真的很糟糕。我正式用 chipotle 完成了！

5 月 28 日，丈夫吃了我吃过的鸡肉卷饼但是在碗里。唯一不同的是我有黑豆和鳄梨调味酱的一面和 queso 的一面。3 小时后我得了剧烈的汗水和寒战，还有整晚和第二天都剧烈呕吐和腹泻。思考来自鳄梨调味酱或 queso，因为他没有生病。他们需要学习如何准备或储存食物！上次我在 Chipotles 吃饭的时候。我这辈子从来没有这么恶心过！

我订购了一个装有黑豆、番茄奶酪、玉米和鳄梨调味酱的碗以及他们的沙拉酱，早上大约 2 点，我醒来时感到发冷、腹泻、头痛和胃痛。几个小时后我去了医院，因为疼痛变得非常严重，我怀孕了 6 个月。他们给了我 IV 一种叫做 pepsein 的药物和另一种药物来阻止恶心。几个小时后我被送回家了。我感觉好一点了，但是回家几个小时后我开始在 3 个小时内呕吐 6 次胃痛又回来了我检查了我的体温是 102.3 今天是第三天不再呕吐，只是有点腹泻和发烧消失了。我再也不会在那里吃东西了
