我在 6 月 7 日下午 4 点左右吃了 Chipotle，我吃了一个素食碗糙米，黑豆，绿色莎莎酱，reg salsa，玉米，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。吃了一两个小时后我头疼和恶心。第二天早上，今天是 6 月 8 日，我醒来了，还没停止呕吐，我发冷了。

Had chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, medium hot salsa, guacomole. had diarrhea after 4 hours. am a frequent visitor. I eat at least twice a week here. I get sick 3 out of 10 times. seriously something wrong.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 6 月 4 日星期三中午左右吃了墨西哥辣椒。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面放着糙米、鸡肉、奶酪、酸奶油、黑豆和生菜。当我下午 3 点左右回到家时，我有可怕的胃痛和腹泻。腹泻和腹痛一直是无情的，到目前为止还没有停止。如果不能很快停止，我会去看医生。

I ate a steak burrito with cream cheese, black beans, and corn and I felt fine the night of. But the next morning I woke up throwing up, feeling nauseous and was in bed for 14 hours straight. I could not even go to class, it was horrible. I threw up everything I tried to eat.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
