19 年 4 月 24 日星期三，我参加了在阿尔伯克基会议中心举行的 Head 2 Toe 会议，吃了中心提供的每顿饭。这包括：
1) 自助早餐（8:45）中的以下物品：带绿色辣椒的鸡蛋、哈希布朗和深棕色松饼。
2）午餐（中午12点）：开胃菜沙拉和一个绿辣椒面包卷；主菜：烤牛肉配土豆泥和芦笋。
3）甜点（下午 1 点）：冰淇淋三明治。
4）一种零食选择（下午 3 点）：2 个墨西哥玉米饼楔子和莎莎酱。

那天晚上 9 点 30 分，我经历了突然发作的腹泻和恶心。半小时后的晚上 10 点，我开始呕吐。我还发烧和发冷。那天晚上 3 点，恶心消退了。在接下来的几天里，我感到疲劳，导致工作效率下降。

我的一位同事在阿尔伯克基会议中心参加本次会议的同一天也经历了食物中毒；她吃了我上面列出的所有相同食物。

我非常担心，因为会议的餐饮服务是由阿尔伯克基市所有的阿尔伯克基会议中心安排的。

我在 4 月 24 日从 panera bread 订购了一份绿色女神沙拉然后进去吃饭了。晚上 7 点左右我的胃开始感觉臃肿。第二天早上 6 点左右，我开始感到恶心。早上 7 点左右我开始呕吐。我的发烧始于 4 月 25 日下午 12 点左右，然后我整晚都有腹泻和呕吐。呕吐终于在 4 月 26 日停止了，但我还在出现腹泻。

me my wife and 14 month son got a deep dish, order of hot wings and crazy bread. I got sick about 2hrs later then she did we both projectile vomited all night and the babys throwing up too. We got a ham and pineapple deep dish  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

我在 2018 年感恩节期间因严重的胃痉挛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等而生病。我吃完后几个小时内通过客房服务订购的混蛋鸡就会受到食物中毒。去现场护士记录下来，但她将其驳回为 “不用于本地食物和过度吃饭”。在旅行剩余的 9 天里，除了米饭、面包、鸡蛋和平食物之外，我无法吃任何东西。现在是 2019 年 4 月 18 日，明天我还有另一次预约医生，因为自那以后我仍然有极端的肠道问题，Drs 仍在试图确定我在那里接受了什么样的收缩。
