I ate a Ham and American cheese sandwich with Italian bread with a Blue raspberry slushy on the side.
i got very sick 6 hour later, that being the only thing i've eaten/drank id had to be the cause.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Pirchased pozza and bread sticks. The 1st orderwas bad so I had them remake jt..the driver brought back something similar but it looked better. He said he didnt want to bring it but manahemnet said it might look bad but it taste ok so its oknto sell.… 更多

At at noon. Started feeling sick around 5pm didn’t start puking until 9. Had diarrhea from 5pm on. I had a sweet onion chicken terriyaki sandwhich with provolone on Italian herb and cheeese bread.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate around 12 and symptoms began appearing shortly after 2. Severe waves of stomach cramping, nausea, and frequent bowl movements. Added lettuce, onion, and Italian seasonings to the sandwich and had it on multi-grain bread.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Was eating hot dogs. Something tasted funny. Went through each item on the hotdog to figure it out and realized it was the bread. Smelt extremely weird and tasted sour. Started feeling sick within hours of eating it. Turns out the hamburger buns smell the same way. Never had this issue before.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
