香肠肉，黑豆，糙米，中微微，酸奶油，奶酪。上午 11 点 30 分吃了。下午 4 点之前正在使用洗手间。下班后再来一次。凌晨 3 点醒来时有轻微的发烧和有史以来最严重的疼痛/肌肉痉挛，但无力。那天晚上我睡觉之前开始感觉有点奇怪，但是直到凌晨 3 点才起来。第二天仍能从轻度发烧、腹泻、抽筋和整体虚弱中恢复过来。

On oct 11th at around 12:15pm I ate lunch at chipotle in downtown LA burrito bowl w pinto beans brown rice, veggies red salsa chicken abd barbacoa. At 4pm I started feeling nausea, at 8pm started having diarrhea and at 9pm I vomited.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate at Chipotle Gainesville VA on 10/4/2016 around 3 pm. Had sofritas bowl w/ brown rice, added veggies, and then everything on top except for the hottest salsa. Also got a cup for soda. Nausea started around 8 pm, diarrhea several hours later, and then vomiting around… 更多

像往常一样去健身房, 我从来没有得到 guac 但是我有一个免费的所以我选择了 guac, 鸡肉, 糙米, 黑豆, 温和, 热, 玉米, 起司.大约 2-3 个小时后，我感到有点恶心，但是那天晚上 2 点左右我无法入睡，时间变成了 4 点，我非常恶心，脱水了，我的胃很痛，头痛了。我感觉自己的喉咙和肚子都着火了。

我在星期四下午点了一个鸡肉碗，里面有糙米、酸奶油、玉米和生菜作为午餐。那天晚上我开始出现严重的胃痛，然后那天晚上晚些时候呕吐。这种情况持续了整晚，由于没有发烧，我星期五下午去看医生，被诊断出患有沙门氏菌。
