星期六，12 月 30 日下午 1 点 40 分左右，我去了新泽西州奇波特尔的弗里霍尔德。我订购了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有糙米饭、双牛排、queso、热莎莎酱和奶酪。大约 20 分钟后我到家时吃了它。我没有吃晚饭的胃口，但以为那是吃饱了。星期天和星期一过去了魔杖我无法吃很多东西-我没饿，肚子不舒服，想到食物让我恶心。到星期二晚上，我正在呕吐很多。我无法保持任何东西，所有的液体几乎立即被拒绝了。我最后去看医生，她诊断出我患有肠胃炎，在质疑时机和接触过什么之后，我们认为这很可能是墨西哥辣椒。我又生病了 3 天，只能再吃东西然后开始恢复生活。由于疾病和缺乏营养，我仍然很虚弱。

Purchased Jan-2nd @ 6:50 PM EST Burrito bowl with steak and chicken, brown rice, salsa, and corn. The fun started the next morning. As of 2:30AM Jan-3rd eating jellow :-(  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我昨天晚上去了，这是我第一次从 Chipotle 订购。我拿到了标准的墨西哥卷饼碗。这是相当不错的，但是有些东西没有正确的味道，可悲的是我忽略了停止吃它的直觉。第二天早上上班的路上，我有严重的抽筋，我以为那是我的结局周期，但后来我出现了严重的偏头痛。通常情况下，如果我放下几个水瓶我会没事的，但是这种头痛并没有消失。那天晚上晚些时候我感到非常恶心。我睡不着了所以我在早上 6 点左右醒来，因为我有强烈的冲动去做第二号。我最后坐在马桶上半个小时然后呕吐了好几次。写这篇文章时我的喉咙还在燃烧, 而且我绝对确定我再也不会在任何 Chipotle 吃东西了.

2017 年 1 月 1 日得到了装有 fajitas 番茄、玉米和生菜的黑豆卷饼碗。上床睡觉时胃痛剧烈无法入睡。醒来时被 diherrea 恶心了。然后在一天余下的时间里开始呕吐，无法保持液体减少。严重的胃痛和持续的恶心感，伴有寒战和发烧。两天前我镇上的 chipotle 也在这里看到了另一篇来自某人的帖子。
