我在 1/8/18 星期一下午 5 点吃了一个装有斑豆和其他所有东西的鸡肉卷饼碗（除了鳄梨调味酱），症状从晚上 8 点开始出现。我起初感到非常虚弱和头晕，不得不在工作时将自己举起台面，然后不久就吐了起来。我直接回家然后又吐了 3 次。我整夜都无法入睡，因为我有寒意和汗水。我整天（1/9/18）都因为胃痉挛和头痛而感到恐惧。我第一次尝试在晚上 8 点吃固体食物，然后在 30 分钟后把它扔掉。
