我吃了鸡肉沙拉、黑豆、guac、fajita 蔬菜、玉米莎莎、酸奶油。丈夫吃了牛排卷饼、白米饭、黑豆、酸奶油、奶酪、guac。第二天早上我生病了，第二天晚上他生病了。两人都有发冷、恶心、呕吐、腹泻大约 24 小时。除了 chipotle 之外，在我们生病之前，我们没有吃过任何在家外准备的食物。我们 11 个月大的孩子没吃 chipotle，没有生病。

我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，在我开始胃部搅动和恶心之前，我已经吃了一半左右。半小时后，我不停地呕吐，腹泻很糟糕。没有发烧或发冷，但是把部分消化的 chipotle 扔了大约 8 个小时。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 发烧

下午 6 点左右吃完了一个 barbacoa 卷饼碗，回到家后感觉有点不舒服，拿了一些布洛芬。到晚上 8 点，感觉到胃痛和全身不适，发冷和严重恶心。到晚上 9 点，我的寒意太糟糕了，我已经摇晃了几次呕吐。  | 症状: 恶心, 胃痛, 寒战, 发抖

Bought a chicken chili lime burrito during a break at work, around 6. Started feeling sick around 2/3 in the morning and was throwing up multiple times throughout the rest of the morning and the afternoon. Had a fever of 40°C  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

I went to taco bell yesterday, and ate the xxl burrito and a beefy fritos burrito. Mind you it was all i had to eat yesterday, (Dec. 19) Today i woke up to intense nausea and discomfort in my stomach, not even 10 minutes after waking up i was vomiting and dealing with diahrea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
